Thursday, July 23, 6:30 pm, Maybelle Burnette Library
As we continue to look at heroes during Summer Reading, we are very happy to announce that Air Force Major Frank Gregory will be visiting the Maybelle Branch Library to discuss the Tuskegee Airmen. This program is for children ages 5-12.
The Tuskegee Airmen were a famous group of African-American military pilots in World War II. They were legendary not only for their service record, but also their perseverance through racial discrimination. We hope you will join us to learn more about this famous group of aviators.
Registration is required. Call 586-758-2115 to register or stop in at the branch.
