What to do with your bounty of tomatoes? MSU Extension Food Safety Educator, Sophia Zollner, will explain how to preserve them to enjoy year round.

Ms. Zollner will also talk about canning and food safety topics, as well as show canning equipment so you can get started canning with confidence.
