Our heart is a durable machine, but it’s time we talk about how we can love and care for it better.
Join us at the Maybelle Burnette Branch Library as we welcome a registered nurse from Macomb County Community Mental Health who will remind us of heart healthy choices, the risks involved with neglecting our tickers, and things we can do to reduce stress.  Please feel free to bring a date.
