Credit/Debit Card Payments

We are happy to announce that  you can now pay any overdue fines with your credit or debit card in-person at any Warren library or online!

You may access your library account from your home computer by going to https://www.warrenlibrary.net. You must have your 14 digit library card number and your PIN (If you do not know your PIN, you must go to the library to obtain it).

Some important information:

• A $.50 convenience fee will be added to your total.
• The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa.
• When paying your fines at home, you can receive an emailed receipt by providing your email address.
