Chef Francine Pamela Salvatore will present a cooking demonstration of holiday foods for entertaining. A graduate of the Macomb Culinary Institute and owner of Pamela’s Catering in Washington, MI, Chef Fran loves to share her passion for food and show her students that cooking can be fun. Come enjoy a taste and learn how to cook some fantastic new dishes! Samples and recipes will be provided.
