Books, Brew, & Banter – January 2017
Posted on: December 21, 2016
Tuesday, January 17, 7:30 pm, Falling Down Beer Co.
Join Books, Brew, & Banter each month to make new friends and enjoy good books, food, drink, and conversation together in a laid back atmosphere! You can pick up a copy of the book and a handout of possible discussion questions at the Miller Library circulation desk or check it out on your eReader (sample here). But don’t forget, even if you hate the book, or don’t finish it, come anyway! All are welcome.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 17, 7:30 pm at Falling Down Beer Co. Falling Down is located at 2270 E 10 Mile Rd, Warren, MI 48091. The phone number is 586.799.2739. Our book for January is Portnoy’s Complaint by Philip Roth.
Registration is required for this event. Register here or call 586.751.5377. Please note: In order to give a head count to the venue, registration will close the day before to the event, so be sure to register early!
