All libraries will reopen for regular hours on Tuesday, October 13.

Biker and author Rob Pulcipher will be at the Warren Civic Center Library to talk about biking the back roads of Michigan and will present his two books, Best Bike Rides Detroit and Ann Arbor (a Falcon Guide) and Dirt Road Washtenaw.  Books will be available for purchase and signing after the presentation.
