Children ages 5-12 can join us for this outdoor viewing event to see the moon and Saturn in the night sky. The Warren Astronomical Society will present information about space and provide a telescope for an educational viewing experience. This program will be held outdoors in front of City Hall on the west side of the building. Weather permitting

There are several events in October for children and teens to decorate pie pumpkins to take home.
Children ages 3-9 can join us at Civic Center Library on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 to decorate pumpkins. Register for the 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm or 7:00 pm session. Register online or by calling 586.751.0770.
Teens and tweens ages 10-17 are invited to Civic Center Library on Thursday, October 24, 2024 to turn regular pumpkins into a “boo-tiful” Halloween decoration. Register online or by calling 586.751.0770. The pumpkins for Civic Center Library were donated by Nino Salvaggio in St. Clair Shores.
Children ages 3-10 can visit Dorothy Busch Branch Library on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 10:30 am to decorate pumpkins. Register online or by calling 586.353.0580. Pumpkins were donated by Dave’s Marketplace in Warren.
Friday, June 21 through August 23 at 11:00 am, Miller Park
Children ages 2 to 6 can join us on Fridays at 11 am at Miller Park beginning June 21. Children will enjoy outdoor stories and songs and have fun with the parachute! Miller Park is located at 14500 Masonic. Please register your child online or by calling 586.751.0770. Meet us under the pavilion.

Join us for this fun, interactive, family friendly show with Nick Thomas as he entertains us with his comedy juggling and slinky show! Children of all ages are welcome. This program will take place in the Conference Room.

Seniors age 55+ (and caregivers, if needed) are invited to join us for a visit to the Detroit Institute of Arts. Meet in front of City Hall to catch the bus, and skip the drive and parking! The trip is free, but you are welcome to purchase food at the café or gifts at the museum store.
